Payment Terms of Rally Entry

SUPER EARLY BIRD TEAM ENTRY FEE:

VALID UNTIL DECEMBER 1, 2024

• Discount applies for Runball 2024 Teams, Club Members and Teams on our Waiting List.
• CLUB-MEMBERS pay: 4495,- per person
• RUNBALLERS 2024 pay: 4575,- per person
• NON-MEMBERS and EARLY BIRDS pay 4595,- per person

EARLY BIRD TEAM ENTRY FEE:

VALID FROM DECEMBER 1, 2024, TO FEBRUARY 9, 2025

• CLUB-MEMBERS & RUNBALLERS 2024 pay: 4775,- per person
• NON-MEMBERS pay: 4975,- per person

STANDARD TEAM ENTRY FEE:

VALID FROM FEBRUARY 10, 2025

• CLUB-MEMBERS pay: 4995,- per person
• NON-MEMBERS pay: 5495,- per person

VAT:

• The 21% VAT will be applied based on the client’s Business VAT and country. The final invoice will reflect the appropriate VAT amount according to the applicable tax regulations.

Deposit first payment:

• Upon registration, a non-refundable deposit of €3500 per team is required to secure your reservation.

Remaining Payment:

• The remaining amount after the deposit will be divided into two equal payments. We offer the convenience of SEPA Direct Debit for the second and final payments. Please note the following details:
  • Second deposit Payment (one month after registration):
    • A SEPA Direct Debit authorization form will be provided upon registration.
    • The second deposit payment will be automatically processed from the provided bank account one month after the date of registration.
  • Final Payment (two months after registration):
    • The final payment will also be processed through SEPA Direct Debit from the same authorized bank account two months after the date of registration.

  Important Note: Ensure that the provided bank account has sufficient funds to cover the payments on the specified dates. Failure to do so may result in additional charges or cancellation of the reservation.

Late Registrations:

• Entry Fees for late registrations (i.e. registrations for participation made less than five (5) months before the date on which the Rally takes place) shall require immediate payment.

  • SEPA

Important Notes:

• Failure to make the required payments by the specified due dates may result in additional charges (starting at 65,- euro) or cancellation of your team reservation.
• All payments must be made in Euro (€).
• Please ensure that the correct VAT information is provided during registration for accurate invoicing.
• All prices listed are in EURO (€) and excl. 21% VAT.
• A business invoice is available upon registration.
• Please note that this pricing is based on a minimum and maximum of two people per car, sharing one hotel room.
