The adventure kicked off in style with a warm-up event in the charming town of Goes, hosted by our good friends at Restaurant Jersey. Participants were treated to a selection of delectable dishes, setting the tone for the days ahead. Along with the gourmet experience, each driver received a well-curated goodie bag, packed with gadgets from generous sponsors like Meguiar’s, A.A.R.S, MYEDGY, and Red Bull. The atmosphere was electric, with excitement and anticipation building for the journey ahead.
Supercars in Vlissingen
The following day, a cold but dry Sunday morning, the rally truly began. The picturesque boulevard in Vlissingen was closed off and transformed into a supercar spectacle that drew crowds of enthusiasts and onlookers. The roar of engines and the sparkle of polished exotics set the stage for an unforgettable journey. The first destination? A magical five-star hotel nestled somewhere in the breathtaking landscape of France. Upon arrival, participants were treated to a sumptuous star-rated dinner, ending the day on a high note.
Through the Alps to Milan
After a luxurious overnight stay and a delightful breakfast, the Runball family hit the road again. This time, the route led through awe-inspiring mountain passes, skirting the serene shores of Lake Como, before arriving in the fashion capital of Milan. Another five-star hotel awaited, where the cars were securely parked in an underground garage. As night fell, the Runballers explored the vibrant nightlife of Milan, knowing their prized vehicles were in safe hands.
South Tyrol’s Hidden Gem
The next leg of the journey took the convoy through winding roads to South Tyrol, where an unbelievably stunning five-star resort awaited. By this point, some of the supercars had accumulated a layer of road grime, but not to worry—our friends at Magiclean were on hand, ready to give the vehicles a thorough and sparkling clean with their mobile carwash service. That evening, participants indulged in a lavish seven-course star-rated dinner, savoring every moment of the opulent surroundings.
Coastal Splendor in Portorož
As the rally continued, the convoy headed towards the coastal town of Portorož, checking in at the opulent Kempinski Palace. The evening was spent at a cozy restaurant across the water, offering stunning views back towards the hotel. The view made for a perfect backdrop as the sun set on another day of the rally.
The Party in Split
The penultimate stop was the vibrant city of Split, where the participants enjoyed a two-day stay. On the second day, they experienced a spectacular party on the water, followed by an exclusive dinner at Split’s most prestigious restaurant. The atmosphere was electric, with everyone soaking up the sun, sea, and the sheer luxury of the experience.
A Grand Finale in Dubrovnik
As the rally neared its conclusion, the Runballers set their sights on Dubrovnik, checking in at the luxurious five-star Hilton hotel. The final evening was marked by a special dinner at a restaurant set on the iconic steps featured in the hit series Game of Thrones. It was here that the annual Runball Awards were presented, capping off an incredible journey with a night of celebration and reflection.
